Delete someone else's infrastructure in the Scenarios

Hi! I downloaded the scenario, launched it, and I didn't really like it and I decided to change something in it. I started the editor, loaded the scenario, tried to delete the infrastructure (railway tracks, stations, depots...), I got a notification "you can't delete this object, it belongs to the ... company". How can I delete another company's infrastructure in the editor?

Use the cheats menu (Ctrl + Alt + C) to play as another company and adjust their infrastructure.
