Yep, you should have airports. When you click on the button for Airport buildings, can you share a screenshot of the window that should appear?

When you click on Airports in the main toolbar, it should open up too more toolbars: Airports (with airport selection button, and a bomb button) and Landscaping (with the 3 land tools, bomb, signs, treets, etc)

When you click on the Airports buildings, the Airport Selection button should appear.

I noticed that your toolbars are opposite of what they should be. The [x] should be top-left instead of bottom-left, and the (?) should be bottom-right instead of top-right.

Are the text and controls on your mobile device set for right-to-left?

The game does seem to be set to Arabic language, so the GUI should be mirrored in that situation.

Normally the Airport Selection toolbar should show first, then the Landscaping toolbar after it. I think what is happening is that the toolbar for Airport Selection is being pushed off the screen to the right. The Landscaping toolbar is backwards and is already on the right-hand side.

That seems to be a bug in the mobile version. Easy to reproduce
It's also wrong to swap toolbar buttons based on language.

It's fairly normal to flip toolbars for RTL languages, it's not just OpenTTD that does it.

Yeah, but these toolbars are vertical, not right-to-left.
