Impossible to start TTD 13.0

Hello,
I loved this game, playing it for several days, then I leaved it off for about 2 weeks. Yesterday I tried to start it and I found the following problem.
As soon as the game loads (black window) a prompt appears: "OpenTTD requires a graphics package to work, but none could be found. Allow OpenTTD to download and install a graphics package?"
I clicked Yes, but after few seconds the black window dropped and nothing else happened.
I tried to remove and install it again, but nothing changed.
System: Windows 11 Home. Internet connection OK.
Have you an idea to fix this problem?

Download the latest version of OpenGFX here:

Unpack it and install it in the directory C:\Users\<your username>\Documents\OpenTTD

If you mean "Copy the OpenGfx-7.1.tar" file in the \...\OpenTTD directory, I've already done, unfortunately without success.
Otherwise, please explain me more details.

I'm sure Kamnet will be back but until then go to his link, at the top left of the page try downloading the stable vesion.

Hello

The directory C:\Users\<your username>\Documents\OpenTTD is the wrong place. Basesets goes to the subdirectory basesets, so the complete path should be C:\Users\<your username>\Documents\OpenTTD\basesets.
