A couple of contrasting screenshots to start with.
This snowy one (Swiss Alps 1905 - Solo) is the Alpine Express passing through Andermatt (this runs from Tirano-Chur-Bern-Mulhouse)
This is a somewhat (!) more complicated arrangement (it may not be too obvious in the way I’ve taken the shot, but I often do grade-separated junctions too to keep things moving.) It’s a while ago but I think I used waypoints to ensure trains leaving to the branches at the top and bottom of the screen actually went into the outermost platforms since other platforms aren’t connected to those routes out of the station, as far as I remember it actually worked. (This one is Greener Pastures, one of the ones with the nice selection of UK trains, only I haven’t really managed a nice selection here, three of them are the same )
[TT 2013] Martin’s screenshots
Re: [TT 2013] Martin’s screenshots
One more for now, from a new game I’ve just started. I realised all the trains were passenger services in my other two, so here’s something totally different. This is a paper mill, one train has just unloaded wood, another is about to and one paper train is leaving with the other loading. I’ve just constructed the line disappearing into the tunnels on the right to bring timber from my second forest - it’s definitely going to be a trunk route (sorry.)

Two final shots from this game:
First, a new decade, new signalling, new colour scheme and new traction (same old trains getting lost all the time.)
This location now has passenger services running through, with the intention they use the non-platform tracks (since it’s odd to have those go through freight platforms.) I know all freight trains aren’t double-headed but it’s a good way round not being able to turn off breakdowns in this game. Finally, an express non-stop passenger service (I like the Ae 4/7. )
