Resize subwindow

For whatever reason when I click on the Truck/Vehicle Manage List the window size is larger than the screen and i cannot select "OK" to select the vehicle I want to replace to.

Try decreasing the UI scaling options in the Game Options window to use 1x size, it looks like you're playing with 2x size on a screen resolution that doesn't accommodate it.
