Hi,
This might be the wrong location for this question but, I'm considering installing the Steam version of OTTD having had the regular install version on my PC for quite some years, and I was wondering whether I would face issues transferring my saved games/grf/game settings to the Steam version, and if possible, is this a simple process?
I only ask this as I have realised I'm on quite an old version and I think having the steam version would help make sure to keep it up to date.
Thank you very much.

The Steam version is essentially the same, you should not face any problems installing it. I'm not sure you even have to move anything. Try installing it and see if you find your old save games automatically.
