possible to get uspzobs.dat?

Is it possible to get a previous version of the US Mega Pack that has uspzobs.dat? I saw on a post from Plastikman saying that it was updated after 2.0 and it was never a public release file.
I don't really need it, I just want it to play a save game.

Best I can say is try searching through to find an early version of the Passenger Pack by Plastikman.

I couldn't find any earlier versions on the wayback machine. I wish Plastikman was still here, he might have it if he still has Locomotion.

I just noticed something about the name of the missing file.
OBS means Observation Car, and Z reminds me of the California Zephyr. So the in-game name could possibly be USP California Zephyr Observation Car or something similar?

or maybe it could be USP Pioneer Zephyr Observation Car?
