Hi,

Does anyone know of a way to compile OpenTTD for a Windows Mobile 2003 Pocket PC?

Mike.

Are you sure you want to try that? I *think* it has too less CPU power for playing it.

have you found a compiler for that OS yet // or do "normal win32"-binaries work for your system?

IT DOES have enough power, and it does have enough ram, we just need to find someone who knows something about ppc-compatible compiling :/

You may want to have a look on MSDN for resources about compiling C on mobile devices or google it? thats where i found resources (as well as compiler) for compiling C on the smartphone 2003 OS.

3D card? That's gonna draw some power from that poor battery :p

Ya, devices like that are coming now, but they aint pocket pcs, theyre well... ok, the name might fit, but they are something else. Pocket PCs in the original meaning have Win CE as the basis of their OS, and they have special cpus and stuff.

But it really seems to be easy to convert windows XP stuff to work on Windows CE as far as i know, as long as it doesnt include any 3d graphics...
