Searching a German trainset

Post by bandit94 »

Hi fellow OpenTTD players,

I've recently started playing OpenTTD again.
I'am looking for certain German/Austrian trains like the DB 423 and Flirt. I Found a screenshot on the following link. I'am looking for the trainset on the lowerside.

It is not the DACH set (upper part of from DACH set)

Does anybody know which trainset is used from DB BR 101 downwards?

Thanks in Advance

Hi,

I'am afraid not, since the DB set does not come with trains like the FLIRT and BAUREIHE 643 . See my link for other trains.

Hello

The upper locomotives in the screenshot of your first posting, down to BR 182, are part of the DB-SetXL. The locomotives with the leading german and EU flag looks to me like from the 2cc-Train-Set.

Thanks for your answer.
Any Idea which CC set, because the ones I checked only had CC en no option for real company livery.

Possibly not 100% what you are looking for but DB BR 146/185 are in the TRAXX locomotive set (although they look a bit like the BR 101 to me since they are a bit short and front very steep)

Some other types are in DACH_Trains-0.3.2 including 218, 143, 146, 101, 628, 611, 641, but none of the EMUs (electric multiple units) you asked for

It would've been a lot easier if you'd linked the forum post where it originated. I'm not sure if you knew, so it's fine. I found it. https://www.tt-ms.de/forum/showthread.p ... 7#pid91117 It mentioned the DACH trainset.
The DACH trainset I have downloaded from BaNaNaS does not match the latest pictures from 2014.

The DACH trainset they mention is DACH 2, as it turns out, which you can only get from the TT-MS forums, the latest version is here: https://www.tt-ms.de/forum/showthread.p ... 3#pid92233
No pics no clicks. Seriously.
