Please help me, to solve my problem

I just reinstalled OTTD . but during installation with v. 12.0 (64 bit) I had problems when I first opened it, there was an option to download the GRF file.
but after I click the download process doesn't run and the display automatically comes out


please help me to solve this problem...
here I am using windows 10

i would suggest starting over with a clean config.

• locate your openttd.cfg file (bonus points if you check the readme where to find it)
• rename the folder containing that file
• start the game again
• download the grfs and quit the game
• move any valuable savegames and stuff back from the renamed folder to the newly created one
