You have two options, you can use them as if they were a bus to transport passengers or you can use an AI that automatically creates vehicles as city traffic, for example: StreetTraffic AI or TownCars.

I think StreetTraffic AI is better and more configurable, There is another AI called CityLifeAI but I haven't tried it.

AI begins to build your amazing cars just in 2000. Can you fix dates from 1950s? (For VW Beetle for example, etc.). Because I like to play from this years and I want eyecandy's traffic. Thanks! And it's no zero price so Traffic AI will be bankrupt in few years.
