Im trying to build a really huge highspeed rail cross (8 directions 4 pairs of rails each) and i really need to adjust the speed and distance between trains.
Is there a possibility to create signal lights with a little function:

After every switch red->>green
-- If signal turned green in more than (for ex. 1.45s) -->> raise speed limit by 10%
-- If signal turned green in less than 1.45s -->> lower speed limit by 10%
Can somebody do this for me?? Im green in programing
