When I start a new game using your 'Real houses' NewGRF, with it's parameter of 'Disable original buildings' on, I get a message stating that there's no suitable places to put the Car Dealer industry.
When I look at the industry directory, I also see several other industries aren't present either.

My 'default' settings:
  • 1024x1024 map
  • No. towns: Normal
  • No. Industries: High
  • Town road layout: 3x3
If I allow original buildings, all industries load correctly.

Another issue I've noticed, as per the screenshot: Multiple stations appear to have the same name.

Actually, they ARE different. The one in front of the hospital has a space at the end of it's name.
It's not just Hospitals that do this. Doesn't seem to matter which industry.
The NewGRF's loaded are the same as my previous two screenshots in this thread, except using NUTS instead of 2CC Trams.
I don't have this issue when I'm using FIRS or the default industries, so it's not an OpenTTD-wide issue.

Some Progress in Real Ships... :D

I started modeling the first ships in 3d, Buquebus is a company that makes trips between Argentina and Uruguay.

Idem for me. When I deactivate the NewGRF parameter, everything remains normal. What am I doing wrong?

Another thing. There are two types of 'Car Dealers', maybe you can name them 1 and 2 as 'Stadium 1/2/3'.

As I wrote two posts later, if you set "Disable original buildings" to 'off', you'll get all industries placed without issue.

You need to choose a 3x3 block that is fully built, that is, with existing buildings and create the industry on the top tile.

@temporal8,

Please advice, what is the reason of missing graphics for some buildings like on screenshot below? Size is different, 1x1 (flats, etc), 2x2 (fuel stations), etc.
GRFParam "disable original buildings" is on.

Possibly another newgrf, the times something like this happened to me I was deactivating 1 by 1 each newgrf and loading the game again until I found the culprit.

If you are adding and removing GRFs in a running game, you should expect things to break like this. Start over with your new NewGRF configuration.

Did you disable all newgrfs, close the game and create a new game from scratch or load the existing game with all other newgrfs disabled?

If anyone wants to contribute ideas for Real Ships they are welcome, my idea is not only to make modern Ferries but also some old ships and why not maybe something futuristic so that the newgrs is not usable only in the current era.

I prioritize those that have very good photos from the boat side in good graphic resolution and also several photos from various angles (it is not necessary that they have good resolution) that greatly facilitates the modeling and texturing work.

This is part of my current progress for Real Ships 32 bpp Newgrf.

The dock is part of Real Docks, so far a very early test to replace the originals ones, It would be great if the game allowed you to create passenger docks and cargo docks, that's beyond me.

Making the ships I ran into the same problem as Timberwolf, that is, it is not possible to make the ships in real scale because they would clip with the map, for example the largest ship that you see in the image is supposed to measure 82 meters, in real scale it would probably be twice as big, totally unplayable

One option would be to make them big and leave it up to the player to only use them in open water as in reality... avoiding narrow canals where bugs would spawn.

some ocean liners would be great and they don't all have to be gigantic, i suppose
.hope it will also include all kinds of resource barges and tankers
