Some classic windmills are working thought even after many decades. Famous tulip farms are visible north-east of the city. South of it there is wheat farms and silos for gathering it.

I got it from Garry G's "Auz Road and Town Objects", but I think that's an old version of the newGRF. Here are all of Garry's Auz objects sets: viewtopic.php?t=89180, it must be in one of those, I'm not sure which one. I would try "Auz Road & Rail Objects" first.
