Helicopters & their speed...

When the helicopter (Tricario Helicopter) breaks, its speed increases from 200 to 216 mph, because the emergency speed for all air vescels is 216 mph. Nice.. bug?

if you read the bug reports on SF, you will see that it's already there :wink:
