Level Land feature.

Hello, I'm testing the revision 554 from svn.
There is a nice feature : level land.
it works like this : ctrl-click on raise land button, now you can level land.
works perfectly....
But it does not works in scenario creation !

.. and please can you make a button for that ?.. please.

Don't expect the SVN version to have a user interface for every feature! This feature is barely 24 hours in the SVN. We just haven't decided where to put the button yet.
