Locomotion's real name?

Yesterday i was out buying games when i spotted a computer game in a bargain bin that was called Loco-Commotion, it was a TTD-like game too.
I think when Chris Sawyer gets a hold of that info he'll most likely change the name to avoid complications.

Thoughts?

thats a 3d game, I own it since it came free with RRT3.

Its no building, just puzzles, and the boxshots will be different.

It will most prob change its name, but not yet
