Bus and Trucks

I seem to be thinking there is a way to repalce a bus or truck real easyly
but cant remember
the Game is great and now I'm teaching my kids how to play it
anyone remember if this can be done or not?

i dont know if there is a shorter way, but originally it worked like this:

1 send your engines to the depot.
2 sell one of them by dropping it into the trashbin
3 immediatle buy a new one (the new one has now the same schedule the old one had)
4 continue from step 2 with each single truck or bus

in TTPatch is a switch called autorenew wich renews your trucks/engines/aircrafts/ships automagically
