problem with refit train head

here attched the photo, the train head cnnot be refitted to any other cargo beside passanger. what's wrong?

It's intentional.

In the DB Set XL it can also carry mail, that has been forgotten in the "old" DB Set.

That doesn't sound right, I'm using the old dbset and I can refit the ICE3 to anything I want.

I think you can only refit it to carry passengers, mail and goods. The first two, I'm sure about, but maybe the goods isn't right. The same applies to Transrapid.

Yup, more or less the same with the Thalys, the new head cannot carry *any* passengers while in the old set it could carry up to 47!

Let's face it, the only cargoes you would need to carry on something like that would be passengers where you have seats, and mail or valuables where you don't.

As for the Thalys, one would assume there's not enough room for passengers, what with the greatbigf'off engine

i can't refit cargo others than passenger on the train head in new game as well, but i can do it before for some reason.

it didn't work properly .. now it does
