Help with a dedi server

so ive been runing a small server off my Dell 16gb dual quad-core poweredge (yes i know over kill out to kill) but it gets really old really fast having to reset the map every few hours cause the one were using gets bogged down with lots of peoples stuff and we wana reset. but ive played on a few servers were you can type !reset and it will begin a vote to reset the map and some of them even had gamemodes. so i was wondering how would i go about setting that up?

Probably using a gamescript, the server admin port, or a combination of both.
There's a default setting for 'restart at [date]', of course, but that doesn't sound like what you're looking for.
