Anyway. I think you'll find there's quite a few FSX players here, myself included.

I have FSX Gold and you have just reminded me when I spent whole days on that game. Bit random but does anyone else have the Antonov? I tried to take off at Lukla (google it). It didn't work.

I haven't been playing FSX for a while. I have played Flight much more.
I have the An-225 and a bunch of other planes.
I once nearly took off from Lukla, but I was disappointed when I saw that the airport didn't have the slope it should have.

Yeah that's the one. :D I still have to complete the 50+ missions it comes with, and could anyone else get the helicopters to work? It felt wrong with my joystick.

It comes with 50+ missions? I have to take a closer look at it.
I have tried flying a helicopter a couple of times but I just can't find a good throttle setting to make it stay at a certain altitude.

I remember reading about a mission editor for fsx, has anyone tried it?

Only on the gold version (Deluxe FSX + Acceleration Pack). I tried to install the editor. I couldn't do it, but I'm not sure why. Actually just read the back it said 80+.

Well I can't really remember if I stalled it or just totally lost control of it, but still ended up upside down on the runway.
