Randomly generated towns in Scenario Editor

Is there a way to reduce the number of randomly generated towns in the editor.. When I click "Many Random Towns" it builds SO MANY! Can the amount be reduced?

You can simply set the amount of towns in the difficulty settings in the main menu. I recommend you read the wiki, even I discover new features in there sometimes

Most likely because this is the "General Transport Tycoon" section, which isn't read by many people.
