[OpenTTD] Shared Game (Latest Trunk)

Based on the Idea in this thread I would like to do the same but on OpenTTD, below are the rules:

1. You get the game for your allocated period of time. Feel free to keep playing beyond this time, but you need to pass your save to the next player at some time between Dec 1 and Jan 1 of your last year/their first year. If you choose to keep playing beyond your allocated period, you may, but please don't post screenies in the official topic for the game - it will only confuse spectators.
2. You are not allowed to use your own NewGRFs and please keep the in this thread specified settings.
3. The use of Cheats is prohibited.
4. If you miss out on the timeslot you wanted, or miss out on a round completely, please don't get annoyed. Depending on how popular it is (ie, if Game 1 fills up), there will be more rounds run, so everyone will have a chance to play.
5. Please don't get excited if someone removes a train you built, or a line you constructed. After you pass on the game, you relinquish all control over it, and anything in it.
6. Feel free to name trains/towns/stations etc as your mind permits it.
7. Please try to play in a manner that respects all kinds of play - ie, just because you like playing with giant cloverleaf junctions, please don't spend all the games money on it with no need to. If such a junction is required, then by all means do it!
8. I suggest changing the name of the company, and the company colours of all the vehicles to your chosen colours. As, from a story point of view, this poor company is being sold to a new group every year. So, it's not unrealistic to have red planes in 1989, and blue planes in 1996...
9. The Version used is always the latest trunk
10. Please have fun .

The rules are largely from the thread I mentioned above but changed slightly to the needs of OpenTTD, I may add a screenshot topic for it later on.
The Game runs from 1921 till 2051 with each Player leading the company for a decade, please apply for a decade in this thread.

It might be an idea to get this hosted online, and give out the server password via PM.

If someone is able to host it, I would support your idea, Welshdragon. However, I am not able to host a 24/7 Server, because my computer is standing in my room and I (Other than most of you reading this) try to sleep at night.

Sign me up on 1971-1981. May not participate if I don't like the newGRF settings though. I'd prefer UKRS/DBset XL.

Oh, and I can host a 24/7 server if needed.

E: Online server is preferred, because one is unable to cheat. And the rcon password can be given to all participators, so that one can pause.

UKRS would be preferable for me, although is there any reason we have to stick with the stock from one country? I always like to combine UKRS with DBsetXL - I've no idea how compatable they are in terms of costs, but it's always worked out for me.

No thanks.. NOT UKRS and DBXL. They are WAY different, also concerning drawing style.

I could help (if it's an online server) , but I can't take the full responsibility for 10 years ( since you have to build a network and develop it ) and it could result in a massive failure.

Wold, depending on the year you choose, the most will already be in place, so you cant cause a lot of problems, except if you would sell everything off and let the company go bankrupt.
