Hey when I clicked on the Serpant download link, I was sent to a page that said 404 not found. Any insight on this?

I just installed Locomotion and this map last week. It is in there.

Make sure you have the latest version from AMI.

There is a readme who points you to the correct location.
*Please note* Not only is this a hard map to play, it can be hard to install. follow the instructions to the letter.

Hello everybody,

first of all: my English isn't the best and I hope that it is good enough to understand my question. (If this question is wrong in this topic, please moderators move it to the proper place. )

First I find, the scenario "The Serpent" very excellent and I often play it. But now for my real question. How does Zimmlock make that the industries are so linear and delimited in her form. The standard form is not so pretty to watch.

How I work, scenarios also made the industries so precisely and overflowing into each other (such as the 3 coal- or iron ore mines, or also the refinery, the factory, the printery and the coal power station) at Zimmlocks to make?

I would be very pleased about an answer.

I think what you do is put a road around where you want to build the industry and make the road in the shape you want. Then just place the industry in the middle. It won't cross the road so now you have nice and straight industries. I think thats how it works but I'm not entirely sure.

Thats it, i usualy build just a U shape road with 5 or 6 tiles between them, then i place the first plant in the U curve. Now the next plant ll not allways slide into the other nicely, this is because the game builds a few different layouts, if your not happy, just delete the last placed plant and do it again, if the game gives you the same "un happy" layout, just build that plant somewhere else and delete it later.
You have to fiddle around a little.

Yeah I feel like we should make a google drive, dropbox, or similar backup of everything linked to a shared account in case anyone goes awol or AMI or such goes down, it'd be a real shame to see everything that people worked so hard on disappear.

I play every week or so, its relaxing to build something complex like this, at least ottd is still going strong.
