OpenTTD in Windows 7 RC - doesn't work.

I have been playing TT Deluxe and later openTTD for a long time through DOS, W95, W98, XP and Vista, so any reason such as my incompetency to install it correctly isn't possible.
Unfortunatelly in W7...when I run openttd.exe - nothing happens. I can see it in the Task manager, but that's all.
That's strange and I suppose not a common problem, because I haven't found anyone complaining to the same thing.

What should I do - how can I find out what's wrong and solve the problem?

Oh, I found the debug options. Asus Xonar is it. Besides operating system I changed also the sound card.
OK then, I can run openttd with -m null -s null, but I need at least the sound effects....

i don't see how anyone here could help you fix your sound driver.
