It will be cool to see underground traffic.
For this I offer to be available transparent terrain.

I think this would be more at home in the ideas thread.
Still, not a bad one. However, let's take it one step at a time I would imagine it could get quite confusing trying to display it. You could either do it like SimCity3k (one layer at a time), or like Rollercoaster Tycoon (which had tranparent terrain, but was a bit confusing).

Should be in suggestions thread, but I for one feel that multiple threads for suggestions are much better than on big one, as it is easier to debate how one part should work if it has its own thread,...

Now for the on topic

Underground display would be really cool, and it would nice if it wasn't just straight tunnels as it was in TT, but be able to have them curve a bit, (Same with bridges, they shouldn't have to be in a straight line, most bridges in real life now are not actually straight in any plane, but I would settle for just offset on the tiles,)

Being able to make subways (Like in simcity2000, only better, where the stations are displayed both above and below ground, but the rest is only on one or the other) would be really cool, mass intra city transit systems!
