Dedicated Server config problem?

Hi I was wondering if someone could help me.
I am trying to create a dedicated server but can't seems to get it to work.
I have followed the wiki page on starting it and on the console I get...


Is this ment to do that 3 times or is it failing to do something? My server is not advertised on the server list so can someone advise me please?

Open the right ports as described in many topics in this subforum, the manual (i.e. wiki) and docs/multiplayer.txt.

I have.
EVen if i disable my whole firewall it still doens't work

Are you using a router? And if so, have you set the ports to forward properly?
