The time is really weird. I have my forum time set to GMT+1 (and my computer synchronised with the Internet) but this is what they show now. It's not even just wrong in terms of hours!

OK, I'll set the phpBB timezone forward an hour. This means that everybody who has their timezone set to whatever it normally is plus one will now be an hour ahead.
So basically... SET YOUR TIMEZONE TO WHAT IT NORMALLY IS, WITHOUT DST. IF YOUR COUNTRY DOESN'T HAVE DST FOR SOME REASON, SET IT AN HOUR EARLIER.
Apologies for the shouting, it wasn't intended as shouting.
EDIT: Hmmm, time seems to be an hour back now. I think phpBB is getting all confused. Let me try logging out then in again...

I mentioned this a while back in the "What's your time zone" topic. Does nobody listen to me? Daylight Savings means that the time settings must be adjusted. I'll just go and sit back in my corner and be ignored again.

This is when (in this coutry at least) the clocks are moved forward one hour during Summer to make the most of the weather. This is British Summer Time (BST) but the smae idea is used in other places and known as daylight savings time (DST)way_2_fun wrote:I'm a little slow / dumb, when exactly is daylight saving time?

May have solved my post date problems. In a post in another topic patch wizard eis_os spoke of a need to access his attachment settings. He said he would do this manually by firstly closing Cookies and afterwards reopening them.
So i cleared cookies, files and history in my browser and things are back to normal.
