Guess the North American city
Felt a bit annoying that there was no North American "Guess the X", so I decided the best way to remedy that was to post one !
So there ya go to kick this off! (hint: it's located in front of a railway station)
Rules are a bit laxer than the European thread:
-Photo should be guessable (duh) by anybody who's visited the place enough or lived there for a while.
-Unless the landmark is exceedingly well known, let's put a 100,000 people in the metro area minimum cap for population (or we'll get into obscure places)
-Places in Mexico, Hawaii, Greenland, Puerto Rico, Bermuda and St-Pierre & Miquelon (good luck in respecting the other issues though) are fair game.

Yup. Your turn. I should probably have obscured the name, but I figured who knows when it would finally get guessed...
Re: Guess the North American city

Anybody have a go ... I haven't got a picture, that I could upload legally ...... my turn ...
Re: Guess the North American city
It's a beautiful building. Any reason why it was not? I was wondering myself it was going to be in a later version.OzTransLtd wrote:It wasn't the name; it was the station building, as it has been planned for inclusion in the Canadian Stations Set ...Circeus wrote:... Re: Guess the North American city
I'd say it is New York due to some visual clues, like the hotels/motels names.

Re: Guess the North American city
Guess I'll go with my original want after the LasVegas suggestion then: Reno, Nevada?
Re: Guess the North American city
Carson City, Nevada?
My Scenarios:
Archipiélago Hermoso (Latest Release: Version 3.2)
Turnpike Falls (Latest Release: Version 0.91)
Re: Guess the North American city
Yes! It is Reno, NV and the building is Silver Legacy Resort & Casino - the highest building in the city.Circeus wrote:Guess I'll go with my original want after the LasVegas suggestion then: Reno, Nevada?
