Population Help

I tried to find some topics about how to help the city population grow.
I didn't really find what I needed.So...do I need to make around 4 bus stops in a city or what?make big trains staions?

Bust stops work great and are cheap. Any amount from 2-4 will do but I think the more the merrier. Trains are more expensive and will not make a profit easy when servicing small towns.

should I build the roads around the city or let the city develope its own roads?

You can make some roads on your own to improve the city layout and direct its growth, like you can prepare some space for a large airport and train station and help city grow around it. Also transporting good and food to the city would help increase its growth rate.

if you have ttd patch you can select an option for grow/ 10 food... make stations found new buildings make bus stations and lorry stations and large adversting!
