Can anyone help with a cargo issue and some GRF conflicts?

Discuss, get help with, or post new graphics for TTDPatch and OpenTTD, using the NewGRF system, here. Graphics for plain TTD also acceptable here.

Can anyone help with a cargo issue and some GRF conflicts?

Post by marvinblue »

I'm running TTD on XP and it has TTD patch 2.6 alpha 0 r1790. I've also got all the ECS vectors released in 2007. I've noticed that when I deliver cargo to an industry, the cargo is stockpiled at the ajoining station and no transaction is recorded by the game, although the vehicle does make a profit on each trip. The industry itself runs at minimal output, which makes goods handling rather frustrating. It also makes subsidies impossible (unless they're passenger based), as they remain open for someone else to get, or they expire.
Can anyone help?

Also, I'm having some conflict issues with Town Vector and Basic Vector. For some reason, they don't want to play together. I've tried re-arranging them throuhout my newgrf file, with Town Vector always first, but it has the same result. Would this be contributing to the above problem?

Yes. The FAQ. And stop posting JPGs; they make our eyes burn. (PNG, or if you must, GIF.)
To get a good answer, ask a Smart Question. Similarly, if you want a bug fixed, write a Useful Bug Report. No TTDPatch crashlog? Then follow directions.
