An interesting thing to note, despite having two raw materials producing industries next to each other with both accepting engineering supplies, only one of them will receive it. Despite having enough engineering supplies to reach Gung-Ho levels for both industries. Or maybe I'm setting it up wrongly.

Set up a separate station to transfer your engineering supplies, then run a truck from the station to each industry.

As addition, make sure that the catchment of those truckstops near the industries only cover ONE industry and not both!!
