And finally, some shots.
Firstly lets start with Huddersfield, this is a map i made, and shows the general area that i live in, and around, my homw town will appear in a later shot. Huddersfield is a busy place, and looks wonderfull with TTRS3.
Secondly, we will go north east a bit, to the towns of Farnly Tyas & Lowerhouses. Located here is a brewery, Everything used is local produce!.
Lastly for now, we will head over to Almondbury, to the far south east, you will see Castle Hill standing proudly where it has for the last hundred years.

Treninghead Cross Transport, 23rd Oct 2000.png has wrong pre-signals, the exit signals (the ones at the platform side) are actually entry signals. The signalling wont work properly this way
. The network is nice AFAICT otherwise for a first timer

Right, here it is, my first ever true network, I would appreciate it if one of you could download it, and let mek now how it is, remembering its my first attempt. You require UKRS, and lithuanian trains. Plus a few other GRF.
I have included my savegame & CFG.

And the latest....
Image 1: Overview of two of the larger towns, you can see my rail network along the outskirts.
Image 2 : A small junction, hardly used but when it is used, its used by Passengers & Mail only. The people at this end never get the heavy frieght. The junction you see took me about 5 minutes to figure out how to place properly.
Image 3: The busiest section of my network. The traffic here consists of mainly Coal & Passengers, as well as the odd mail.

I spend many minutes planning junctions - so don't think you're crap because of how long it takes for you to make junctions.Captain Kirk wrote:Image 2 : A small junction, hardly used but when it is used, its used by Passengers & Mail only. Heh, I'll end up building a quick botched job and then watch in horror as the trains pile up for miles... I'll then rebuild it and fill it until capacity until that method breaks and then again... I very rarely build a junction straight off and plan for maximum capacity because when I do that capacity is never met. I do however spend ages figuring out how a rebuilt junction would work and how I would rebuild them without shutting down the lines in question completely.

Heres a couple more.
Image 1: The busiest station on the network, I deliver farm items to the factory, and collect ready goods, the largest train on my network is a goods train, and brings about 200K per delivery. Its destination is the last town covered by the network.
Image 2: The Busiest Station again, This time its all Mail & Passengers.
Image 3: The busiest part of the network, jams are starting to form, but i am not skilled enough to make it more efficient...yet.
