Nightly vs. MiniIN

I'm slightly confused as to the difference between the two. I have both installed currently and they appear to have different things in them. If I understand correctly the Nightlies include patches made by developers that will be included (this is called "the main trunk" correct?) while the MiniIN includes patches created by anyone including some not going to the main trunk yet? Please enlighten me, I've looked at the wiki and it still seems a bit confusing.

Nightlies are build from trunk (current development version) every day at 20:00CEST.
MiniIN is based on trunk (not up to date right now) and includes many patches (some of them may be included in trunk later). It is build 3 days in a week.

So I think you understood it well

also note, that many patches in MiniIN will probably never get into the main trunk. therefore we will probably always have some kind of miniin
