Help needed to create new industries

I wanted to create a Weed plantation at the industries, when it is growing and growing,

you can transport these to every big town, where you can put a Coffeeshop in:)

Don't bother in OpenTTD yet. The necessary support for relacement (or new) industries doesn't exist.

He could probably do it the way orudge did with those old new industries. But yes, the easiest way would be to wait until newindustries and newcargoes support is in OpenTTD. Then you'd be able to create the industries in a GRF that could be used by patrons of not only OpenTTD, but TTDPatch too.
