Besides someone who keeps an eye on the programming, we would also need someone to keep an eye on the planning. It won't work well if person A is doing his best to deliver his part on time, while person B lags behind and makes it unable to test the program. I personally don't mind to keep an eye on it if you guys think it's important too.
Something else that's important too is how we structure new ideas that develop along the way. Will it be free for the programmer to implement his ideas or do we all want to give our opinion before implementing it? There are quite A LOT people involved already and I think the nwe ideas could become a bottleneck of the whole project. If you don't deal with this kind of things well you could easily get a row, which might result in the resigning of volunteers. We don't want that!!!
