After long discussion on #openttd, we decided that there are so many replies possible on this kind of posts, that we will just post some of them:

<TL|Away> "Move your head fast enough to compensate the speed"

Heh, it's actually an issue on a Laptop with scrolling buttons that can somehow get linked with the right-mouse button. Not sure how, but there we go.
