Production fluctuates with TTO banks, but stays constant with TTD banks, IIRC.

Oh... I never use banks anyway, unless they're in the catchment area of two of my passenger stations. Which is basically never, cause the banks are usually built on the outskirts. Are banks in ttd the same as a (let's say) coal mine, they increase prsuction and stuff?

Nope, they stay at about 54 bags/month forever in TTD, but in TTO they can go up and down a bit.
