All Arctic Towns Get 46 Units of Food

Greetings.

I feel this has not been asked before. If I'm wrong, I would be grateful for a link to the answer.

Playing the marvellous Majestic Bay scenario I've noticed a strange thing. All towns, both below and over the snowline, get 46 units of food every month. The amount of food received by a town remains (according to the town statistics window) the same whether I bring food to it or not. Also, I believe that the cities above the snowling which I bring food and passengers to don't seem to grow at all.

I'm aware of the fact that there are switches in the Patch which affect the way towns grow. But I have never even touched these switches since I installed TTDPatch more than a year ago.

I'm using the Windows version of TTD, the latest a42 fixed patch, and the Canadian Set.

I would be grateful for any help on the subject. Thanks in advance.
