Where is the bribe button/option for local authorities?

Sorry for the newb question.

Have looked all over the OTTD version and cant see it (first time I have used it).

If you click on a city name on the map, you get a city info window. From here you can make a selection of actions, among them bribing.

But remember options are NOT listed until you can afford them, and bribing is expensive.

And you have to turn it on in the patches section: "allow bribing of local authorities" patches->economy.
