disable private messages?

Is it possible to disable private messages to my account? I don't have time to log on very often, so I only read them very rarely and often too late. I'd prefer if people sent email instead.

I know I can choose to be notified when I get one, but I'd rather just get the message directly.

As far as I know you can't. (Can't find it in the control panel anyway). So just keep no pop up and no email notifcation and just ignore them. Unless Owen can help thats all you can do. Sorry

Well, it's possible to stop people from sending private messages, but I don't know if it's possible to stop people receiving them. I'll try turning off the "User can send private messages" thing - this may stop access to private messages completely, and it may not. Post a message here if it works.
