Signs - How??

I have the great TTD PAtch program and am to the point that Monorails
are out... I want to use the sign cheat to change all my tracks...
but for the life of me, I can't figure out how or where I get the
sign. I know I've played this game a hundred thousand times... just
never use a sign. Where are they??

Logically enough, you can find signs under the Trees icon. I
spent ages looking for it as well when I first found TTD

Thanx ... I discovered it about 20 min AFTER I posted this message.

So I now have changed all my track to Monorail. That was so nice!!!
It used to be a big pain.
