TTDSI... localisation

OK TTDSI is practically done, now I only need some guys to translate it into
all those languages that are spoken here...

Pasi Ruhanen is doing Finnish, I'm doing German...
How about Spanish, French, Dutch? (Bill, Rémi, Boudewijn???)
