Runtime error

I am using TTD alter version 406 and in the industry panel if i move the slider i get a run time error 9
script out of range.

i have had the same
when you open EXE file, click first on an industry, if you don't then you get the error

I have work out the problem. I wasnt clicking the utilitys on the left side. But everything is working now.
