TTDAlter substitute -TTDEdit

Whoever just cant wait for Owen to finish TTDAlter 4.0 .Thers a substitute-TTDEdit .It's proven to work on the windows version of TTDX .You can do most of the stuff that TTDAlter 3.0 can do now but with more difficulty
WHY CANT WE JUST KILL SADDAM AND GET IT OVER WITH PEOPLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

TTDEdit (which I now "own", but have abandoned because TTDX Editor is better) is a program for editing saved games, not TTD itself, which is what TTDAlter does.
