[Fixed] - Can't join 9 of 10 servers

I can't join most of the servers last days. There's always 0/0 shown. "Refresh " button does not work. Versions 0.3.6 and nightlies. Ping on this servers is usualy good 50~90. Anyone can help?

PS: a message: "Upload Error: Could not upload Attachment to ./files/0_servers_191.png." when uploading Attachment

The master-server is having some issues, where offline servers aren't updated anymore. I updated the list today manually, so it is up-to-date right now. I am debugging the whole master-server to see where it goes wrong.. hope to find something
