Graphic error
can anybody tell me what causes this error? It's not permanent. Just at one place of the point of the Railroad. In other places the cars are represented correctly. It is also only during one driving direction.... Even if I exchange all existing colors (red and white) approximately black or green happen the same. Instead of the car the track is illustrated.

Try turning off the new sprite sorter (miscmods.nonewspritesorter on). My guess is that the track foundations don't get sorted correctly under the train and some bits of it get drawn over the train.
This problem is more likely if your graphics are unusually large or the offsets unusually different, but from the screenshot it doesn't look like they are.

i also noticed this with some of the higher vehicles in the USset when travelling thru tunnels or under loaders, except rather than the vehicle sprites disapearing, they appear thru the tunnel/loader graphics, and it gets very annoying because it looks really cheap.

That really must be a bug if you ask me, because in my games, TTD or TTDPatched alike, I can't see the trains while they are inside a tunnel.

You mean with miscmods.nonewspritesorter on it's still doing this? Then the wagons are too long or have incorrect offsets.Bernhard wrote:i have checked Patchmanns hint, no change... same error.
I doubt it's the height, that might cause clipping problems with the electric catenary, but not with foundations.
Does the train look right if you put some other wagons from a different grf file in the middle, or does it look strange?
