ottd 0.3.4 on OSX: No music

I have no music with ottd 0.3.4 on my Mac with OSX (iBook G4 1GHz with OS 10.3.6). With ottd 0.3.3 I had music. What is the problem?

minor problem in 0.3.4. There is music, but a fix for the windows port accidently turned it off in the mac port
It's there but it have to be turned on manually with the -m extmidi command
If you don't want to do that every time, you can download the nightly build. The bug is fixed there
