Kewl Passenger trick.......

Post by PennCentral »

Just found this by accident. Have 2 diff stations side by side, both feeding each other (and this way looks bit nicer to the eyes)

Put a Tram station by an exsisting rail station so you get the rail/road thingy
Remove the Tram track. Assuming there are still people standing there, it will remain
Rebuild the tram track...do not re-add the tram stop
Remove the rail station
Rebuild the rail station
Voila
See screenie:

Hmmm.... And your point is????
Having two seperate stations directly next to each other is pointless.
You just have the passenger amounts divided up among the two stations...

So I cant really see what you want to show us...

Anyway,
Cheers

It's the idiot spelling of "cool", and should probably be on auto-replace with "" just like "[I am an idiot]" and "[I am an idiot]" (try typing them in a post and previewing to see what I mean ;))

The idiot spelling? So you are inferring????
My point was the trams no longer pickup the people waiting on the train. I'll be sure to keep anything else I find to myself.

My bigger question is how you got such a nice big urban town without any skyscrapers shooting from the ground...

Yes, I turned all of the large buildings off. Makes for much better looking cities.
And Downmaster. Der seperation ist, was ich versuchte, zu vollenden. Ich habe ihm einen interessanten weg gefunden, dies zu machen.

Hi

If the objective is not to pick up passengers with the tram, presumably to leave them for the higher income train ride, then I would set the tram to 'unload all passengers' at that stop on its route.

I like the look of that town. You can work on the roads etc with less chance of destroying a building by mistake.

Nice German.

(I'm taking german lessons and I know what 90% of that means)
Imagination! Here, you learn what it is to be human. You are a creator of order, of beautiful shapes and systems, an organizer of chaos.

Let's see, babelfish.altavista.com helped me roughly translate this to:
"Separation is what I was trying to accomplish. And, I found an interesting way to do it."

Close?

My grandfather left Germany in 39 and came over here. We're Methodists, and I spose he just didn't like what was happening. I would love to go see it someday.
