Industries close in 2010

Hello,
i am in the year 2010 now, and suddenly all my industries go down, close... one after the other...... why that??
Why does a factory close that produces 1000 goods (all transported),
why closes a farm with more then 300 parts grain and cattle which are transported (over 90%)?

I don't want to build all my factories and farms again....

does anyone have the same problem?
Even if i rebuild the farms/ironmines ect. they will go down soon.
Every year 10-20% less production....
